We were pleased from start to finish! Our process in building began with a custom floor plan hand sketched by us and then formally designed by Paul at Renaissance. After multiple consulting design sessions to select exterior and interior items with Steve and Debbie, Steve reviewed with us a custom quote with all materials documented. It was so refreshing to be able to look at each item chosen and double check what we had selected and the cost.
We watched our home being built almost daily as subcontractors were coordinated like magic with no delays or bad weather for the entire building period. It was obvious that the various teams had many years of experience working with Renaissance, and they responded very quickly with any requested changes or questions. In addition, Katherine assisted me with each interior selection helping me as needed to individually select each fixture and carefully coordinate paint colors, tiles, and flooring for a finished product that we love.
