Renaissance Construction Company was established in 1988, and has turned the idea of a dream home into a reality for more than 850 customers on the Outer Banks. We design our homes to meet the lifestyles and needs of our clients.
Since Renaissance began, the economy’s growth has changed, but our philosophy of building quality homes has remained the same. We offer prompt, courteous service from the moment you walk in our door. To keep the building process as simple as possible, we have an in-house designer that can work with you to make your idea of a dream home a reality. We also have our Smart Choice Design Center to help you pick out everything from plumbing and light fixtures, to roof and siding colors.
